Everything new hosts ask before their first booking.

How does the 15-minute grace period work?
If your session runs a few minutes over the scheduled hour, you're not charged immediately. After 15 minutes past, you'll be billed for an additional half-hour at the same package rate.
What's actually included in the "basic edit"?
Sound processing (cleanup, EQ, leveling), basic color correction, and multi-camera switching between the three cameras. If your episode needs deep cuts, dense note-by-note editing, or heavy storytelling work, that's billed at $100/hour on top of the package.
Do you have an engineer in the room?
Yes — every package includes an engineer running the session with you. You focus on the conversation; we handle the gear, levels, and camera switching.
Can I have a remote guest?
Yes. We bring remote guests in through Riverside for $25 per guest — they appear on camera and in the audio mix just like an in-person guest.
How do I get my files?
Raw files go to you via Google Drive. Edited deliverables come back as finished MP4s (and audio if requested). Most edits turn around within a week — rush delivery is available at $100/edit.
Who is Keith, and why is he CC'd?
Keith runs Comfy Stone Films and handles our video production and editing. For any package that includes video or editing, he's looped in on the booking email so production gets scheduled right away.
What if I want help posting and distributing the episode?
Add Single Episode Distribution ($50) and we'll handle uploading to your podcast hosts and platforms. Pair it with a thumbnail ($50) and a social clip ($100) for a turnkey publish.
How far in advance should I book?
Text us as soon as you have a date in mind. The podcast suite books up fastest on weekday evenings and weekends — 1–2 weeks out is a safe lead time for those slots.
