How does 24/7 access actually work?
After your orientation, you get a smart-lock entry code tied to your membership. You can book and enter the studio any hour of the day — including nights, weekends, and holidays. There's no front-desk gating.
What happens if I don't use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours roll over for 2–3 months depending on tier. You won't lose them. Hours expire only if they sit past the rollover window.
Why isn't an engineer or cameraman included?
So your rate stays low and you can pick the right person for your project. We keep a curated house list of engineers and camera ops you can hire directly. You can also bring your own — they just need a short orientation.
What if I want more hours than my tier covers?
Book additional hours at the member rate — significantly lower than our hourly walk-in pricing. Or upgrade your tier any time.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time (effective immediately) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Email us and we'll handle it.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract — memberships are month-to-month. We just ask for 30 days' notice if you decide to cancel.
Can I bring guests or my own clients?
Yes. Every tier includes guest privileges; higher tiers include more. Members regularly run their own paid sessions out of Elation — many of our pros do exactly that.
What's the catch with only 50 memberships?
No catch — we cap intentionally so booking the room you want stays realistic. When a tier fills, new applicants go on the waitlist for that tier.
